Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a private bathroom. For all guests, there is a lounge with a refrigerator and microwave oven, children playground, bicycle storage, a children's pool, outdoor seating, free of charge parking near by the house, TV room, garden around farmhouse and soon will be completed wine cellar.

The history of the estate dates back to 1662. In this time Mr. Václav Slánský bought extensively ruined Homestead and started to farm. Despite the necessary reconstruction was an effort to preserve the appearance of the farmhouse in its original form.
